Delete your Momopaw account
You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Account, or here.
What happens
- Pets you share with others are handed over to the next member so their care history is kept. Pets only you can access are archived.
- Your name, email and username are removed and your devices are signed out immediately.
- Health records you created for shared pets stay with that pet, shown as "Deleted user".
- Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Can't sign in? Email momopaw@caelux.id from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days.
